We are seeking a skilled affiliate marketer who can drive and scale the affiliate marketing program by onboarding top partners, optimizing performance metrics, ensuring campaign integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, ROI-driven user acquisition.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or performance marketing (bonus if in fintech, ecommerce, or gaming).
• Proven expertise with Appsflyer and mobile-first campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CPL/CPA models, fraud detection, and partner acquisition tactics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A data-driven mindset with comfort in Excel / Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
• Experience in influencer-led affiliate campaigns.
• Hands-on exposure to platforms like Trackier, Impact, Everflow, etc.
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution, MMPs, and user funnel metrics
