Location: Remote Experience: 1-3 Years Key Responsibilities: Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Create visually appealing graphics for branding, social media, banners, advertisements, and promotional material. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design elements. Maintain design consistency through the use of style guides, design systems, and best practices. Strong understanding of responsive design , layout, typography, and color theory. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design Translating Figma designs into high-fidelity prototypes in Framer Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design processes. About the Role Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for first-party data (internal lists) and 3rd-party list management. Optimize inboxing performance by testing different strategies, creatives, and setups. Set up and manage email delivery using ESPs and (preferably) self-hosted servers/AWS SES/Postfix setups . Configure and maintain email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI). Oversee domain reputation management , IP warmups, and rotation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal frameworks (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and best practices. Build and test responsive HTML/CSS email templates with proper rendering across devices and clients.
