Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Program Management

  • Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
  • Continuously identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including publishers, influencers, and bloggers.

Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Building

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate partners who align with the brands values.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to boost performance.
  • Negotiate competitive commission structures and performance incentives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue) using analytics and affiliate platforms.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance program results.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Coordinate with affiliates to provide up-to-date creative assets and campaign materials (banners, landing pages, product descriptions).
  • Guide affiliates on content strategies to maintain brand consistency.
  • Keep affiliates informed about new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Program Optimization & Growth

  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyze program data to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend growth strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to increase affiliate engagement and enhance ROI.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and evolving best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities or challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive affiliate and internal partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of HTML, SEO, and web analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with performance-based models (CPS, CPA, CPL).
  • Knowledge of affiliate compliance and fraud prevention.
