Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Programmatic Advertising Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across leading platforms including Propeller Ads, Adsterra, Moloco, Criteo, and ClickAdu. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DSPs, real-time bidding, and audience targeting strategies, with a passion for driving measurable results through data-driven performance marketing. Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various DSPs and ad networks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives. Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and maintain brand safety. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign reach and efficiency. Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of creative assets in collaboration with the creative and media teams. Troubleshoot technical issues, manage pixel implementation, and ensure tracking and attribution accuracy. Assist with budget planning, pacing, and media strategy execution. Stay up to date with the latest trends in programmatic advertising, emerging platforms, and best practices. Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 25 years of experience in performance marketing or programmatic advertising. Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., Moloco, Criteo, Adsterra, Taboola, Unity Ads, Kayzen, Adgebra) Proficiency in managing campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc. Strong analytical skills with experience in platforms like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, or similar. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
