Programmatic Campaign Manager

As a Programmatic Campaign Manager at Jampp, you will be an integral part of the Growth team responsible for developing and executing advanced growth strategies for mobile companies worldwide. Your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns using Jampp's ML programmatic tools. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to align campaigns with customers" goals, provide regular feedback on performance, and design strategies for customer retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize mobile marketing campaigns using Jampp's ML programmatic tools - Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to align campaigns with customers" goals - Provide regular feedback on campaign performance and key actionables to communicate to customers - Extract and manipulate data to create actionable recommendations for business decisions - Troubleshoot level-1 technical problems and work cross-functionally with revenue and technical teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with experience in running mobile/performance campaigns being a plus - Experience in CPA and ROAS optimization - Advanced level of English proficiency - Proficiency in Excel - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills - Attention to detail and analytical background - Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing tech company - Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve At Jampp, you will have the opportunity to learn extensively about mobile growth in Internet advertising and work with a talented global team.
