𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of affiliate programs aimed at increasing traffic, leads, and revenue. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with affiliate partners and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Develop, implement, and manage the company's affiliate marketing strategy.

Identify, recruit, and build relationships with new affiliate partners.

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure compliance and performance benchmarks

𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Collaborate with affiliates to design and implement promotional strategies.

Perform regular competitive analysis to benchmark and improve affiliate campaigns.

Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and optimize results.

Performance Reporting:

Track affiliate ROI and KPIs using analytics, MMP and Engagements Tools

Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement

𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Manage the affiliate marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.

Negotiate commission structures with affiliate partners.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and platforms.

Proficiency in performance tracking tools and reporting.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven with strong analytical abilities
