Job Title: State Collection Manager – 180+ DPD (Field Collections) Location: 516, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon, Haryana- 122016 Department: Collections & Recovery Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Collection Head Job Summary: BharatLoan is looking for a dynamic and experienced State Collection Manager to lead and manage field collection operations the 180+ DPD bucket. This role requires strong leadership in hard bucket recovery, skip tracing, legal coordination, and agency/vendor management across multiple cities or regions within a state. Key Responsibilities: Delinquency Recovery (180+ DPD): Drive collections and recovery from high-delinquency accounts (180+ DPD) through field-based strategies and legal processes. Field Team Leadership: Manage and supervise field recovery teams and collection agencies to ensure ground-level execution and efficiency. Skip Tracing & Settlements: Deploy skip tracing, address verification, and borrower tracing techniques to recover overdue amounts from difficult and absconding cases. Vendor & Agency Management: Onboard, monitor, and evaluate performance of external collection agencies; ensure legal and ethical recovery practices. Legal Coordination: Liaise with legal teams for initiating Sec 138 (cheque bounce), arbitration, SARFAESI, Lok Adalats, and other legal remedies as needed. Statewide Portfolio Oversight: Take ownership of state-level delinquent portfolio and contribute to national recovery objectives. Process Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI norms, company SOPs, and code of conduct in all recovery efforts. Reporting & MIS: Provide daily/weekly/monthly recovery status updates, agency scorecards, and actionable insights to senior management.
