The ideal candidate should have experience in building and nurturing affiliate partnerships within the NBFC/Fintech domain, with a strong focus on generating quality traffic, leads, and conversions. Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and grow the affiliate marketing channel to drive traffic, quality leads, and disbursements. • Onboard, negotiate, and manage relationships with affiliates, publishers, aggregators, and third-party networks. • Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize campaigns, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI. • Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. • Ensure affiliate activities comply with NBFC/Regulatory guidelines and internal policies. • Work closely with the performance marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals. • Identify new partnership opportunities, innovative growth hacks, and emerging affiliate platforms. • Manage affiliate payouts, contracts, and timely settlements.
