Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Executive located in Delhi, India. The Collections Executive will be responsible for managing credit control and debt collection activities. Daily tasks will include reaching out to clients with outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The role requires effective communication with clients, monitoring financial accounts, and providing analytical insights to optimize the collection processes.
