Research and resolve disputed balances. Review accounts to be recommended for closure and assists in report preparation. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection. Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations. All other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Strong English skills (written & verbal). International credit card collections, sales, or retention experience is a plus. Candidates with prior international customer service experience will also be considered for this role Must follow a set schedule, including breaks and lunches. Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills. Proficient in computer navigation. Experience with automated dialers preferred. HSC or 10+ 2 -Diploma / Graduation required Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred.
