Python Developer/Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI), you will have the opportunity to utilize your Python coding skills to address complex issues and extract valuable insights from public databases. Our team is looking for individuals who can effectively communicate, collaborate, and support the organization in achieving its goals. This is a full-time role that requires U.S. schedule - India Night shift. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Python code to address complex issues and derive insights from public databases - Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational objectives - Clearly articulate the logic and reasoning behind the code written in Jupyter notebooks - Debug code, create comprehensive documentation, and respond to business queries using available datasets - Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data scientist - Proficiency in Python programming and data analysis - Familiarity with SQL, Rest API, Tableau, and related technologies is desirable - Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and researchers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Fluency in conversational and written English communication Physical Requirements: - Normal, corrective vision range with the ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols - Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, reach, and lift up to 30lbs Work Conditions: You should be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
