Transport facility (As per policy and shift) - Transportation provided Working 5 days/week In This Role, You Will: Contact debtors to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment options. Handle inbound calls from debtors and provide payment solutions. Explain payment plans and the importance of timely payments. Update account notes accurately and adjust statuses per guidelines. Research and resolve disputed balances. Review accounts to be recommended for closure and assists in report preparation. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection. Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations. All other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Strong English skills (written & verbal). Experience in credit card collections is a plus. Collections, sales, or retention experience required. 3-5 years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K., AUS, UAE , EUR) required. Must follow a set schedule, including breaks and lunches. Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills. Proficient in computer navigation. Experience with automated dialers preferred. HSC or 10+ 2 -Diploma / Graduation required Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred.
