Affiliate Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners.
• Develop and manage performance-based marketing programs to drive new user acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance across channels and campaigns to ensure ROI goals are met.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to integrate fintech products into partner ecosystems and applications.
• Manage tracking, reporting, and attribution through tools like

  Appsflyer

  or other

  Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)

• Ensure compliance and brand alignment across all affiliate activities.
• Explore and execute co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and integrations with relevant partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in

  affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development

  within fintech, marketing agencies, or digital product companies.
• Deep understanding of

  mobile user acquisition

  ,

  CPI/CPA/CPL models

  , and

  performance marketing metrics

• Hands-on experience with

• Proven track record in building and scaling affiliate networks or partnerships.
