Job Title: Affiliate Relations Manager

Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + On-site as needed)

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Relations Manager with at least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and relationship management. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with advertisers and publishers across affiliate networks. Your goal will be to grow and maintain a healthy pipeline of offers and partners to drive performance and revenue.

Key responsibilities :

• Identify and Recruit Affiliates: Source new advertisers and publishers through proactive outreach, networking, and affiliate platforms.
• Onboarding: Effectively onboard new partners (advertisers or publishers), ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and partners to optimize performance and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams to set up, track, and optimize affiliate offers and campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, traffic sources, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
• Market Research: Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for expansion.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to legal guidelines, brand standards, and platform policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital partnerships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and affiliate network dashboards.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional in-office meetings in Delhi NCR.

Nice to have :

• Experience working with global affiliate networks and advertisers.
• Knowledge of verticals like e-commerce, gaming, health, fintech, or lead generation.
