Affiliate Relations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Identify and Recruit Affiliates:

  Source new advertisers and publishers through proactive outreach, networking, and affiliate platforms.

• Onboarding:

  Effectively onboard new partners (advertisers or publishers), ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and partners to optimize performance and engagement.

• Campaign Management:

  Coordinate with internal teams to set up, track, and optimize affiliate offers and campaigns.

• Performance Analysis:

  Monitor KPIs, traffic sources, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions and improvements.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for expansion.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to legal guidelines, brand standards, and platform policies.

• Reporting:

  Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience

  in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital partnerships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and affiliate network dashboards.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional in-office meetings in
