Role Description


Outreach

 

  • Manage a team to identify schools, colleges, institutions, and communities to conduct sessions about Anant’s programmes.
  • Manage and lead the Campus Leaders Programmes.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct online/offline sessions with prospective students.
  • Participate in events and education fairs.
  • Collate leads and process them for follow-ups.
  • Manage retention events for Anant’s programmes.

Admissions

 

  • Coordinate with faculty to curate panels for interviews.
  • Conduct an initial review of candidates before interviews.
  • Counsel UG and PG students telephonically and handle walk-ins (campus visits).
  • Advise students on the application process and ensure complete coordination for the admission process.
  • Manage and analyse student data.
  • Manage students’ document verification.
  • Track and coordinate fee payments.
  • Lead management (knowledge of LMS) and manage software related to admissions.

Areas of Expertise

 

  • Good programme management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and be self-driven.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is mandatory.
  • Should be good with counselling.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in recruitment, enrollment management, and admissions counseling
  • Experience with data management, report generation, and handling admissions software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Strategic planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage deadlines efficiently
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, management, or a related field
  • Experience in higher education administration or admissions is preferred
