Job Description

As a Junior Business Development Associate - Voice and Sales, you play a vital role in driving growth and expanding customer engagement through effective voice communication strategies. You assist in executing strategic sales plans, support key client interactions, and contribute to the development of impactful sales initiatives. By working closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams, you help ensure that sales goals align with organizational objectives and participate in efforts to enhance overall business performance. Your proactive approach and commitment to learning drive your success in supporting the team’s sales and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Target

    : Maintain a high volume of daily calls, ensuring effective connectivity and sufficient talk time as documented in call logs.
  • Conversion Target :

    Achieve targeted conversion rates across various project stages, including lead verification, application payments, and final admissions.
  • Project Success Ratio :

    Maintain a high success rate for each project by consistently achieving positive outcomes aligned with the project's objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction :

    Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt delivery, effective communication, strong rapport building, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle for each project.
  • Reporting :

    Consistently deliver comprehensive daily reports covering call activities, lead quality assessments, and campaign feedback, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis with zero reporting errors.
  • Competitor analysis & Market research :

    Conduct quarterly research and competitor analysis, including observing competitors' pitches and actions, and deliver comprehensive market and competitor reports.
  • Written & verbal communication and Voice modulation :

    Consistently improve call and communication skills through daily practice and regular evaluations, ensuring high standards in pitch effectiveness, call quality, email and telephone etiquette, and typing speed.




Requirements:

Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in business development with a focus on executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales initiatives.



Skills :

  • Ability to assist in crafting and implementing sales strategies to support revenue growth and achieve business goals.
  • Proven skills in building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting long-term partnerships.
  • Competent in performing market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and aid strategic planning.
  • Strong team collaboration abilities, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing team performance.
  • Proficient in using analytics and performance metrics to monitor sales activities, evaluate effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Capable of creating persuasive presentations, participating in negotiations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
