Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role located in Ajmer. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students to provide detailed information about Parul University's programs, guiding applicants through the admission process, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include conducting campus tours, assisting students in identifying programs that align with their aspirations, and building strong relationships through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to promptly address student inquiries and provide support in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sales skills to effectively promote university programs to prospective students and support enrollment targets.
• Understanding or experience in the Education sector to adequately guide students in academic and career decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work in a dynamic on-site environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly regional and international languages, is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Communication, Marketing, or similar qualifications.
