Senior Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create high-impact static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
• Translate briefs into visually persuasive concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance insights.
• Develop approach creatives, mood boards, and visual directions for ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
• Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and strategists to produce assets optimised for audience targeting and platform requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital creatives.
• Review performance data with the media team and iterate creatives based on insights (A/B testing, audience behaviour, ad fatigue, etc.).
• Oversee junior designers and provide design direction when required.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with copywriters, performance strategists, account managers, and clients to align on goals, creative strategy, and brand direction.
• Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Help shape creative workflows and processes that improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Visualiser / Graphic Designer in digital, creative, or performance marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital ads and visually impactful design work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and modern digital design trends.
• Ability to design mobile-first and platform-specific creatives.
• Experience in motion graphics and short-form video editing is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and how design affects campaign outcomes.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
