Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain office records, client files, and statutory registers (both digital and physical).
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients for smooth workflow.
  • Handle communication with regulatory authorities, banks, and government departments as required.
  • Will manage & delegate responsibilities with the other staff of the oraganization

Client & Staff Coordination

  • Schedule and organize client meetings, follow-ups, and document submissions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients — collecting KYC documents, maintaining engagement letters, etc.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and recruitment coordination.

Accounts & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with accounting/audit teams for document flow and task tracking.
  • Ensure timely filing and submission of documents (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax, etc.) as per CA team requirements.
  • Maintain a calendar of compliance deadlines and alert relevant staff accordingly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and administrative summaries for management review.
  • Draft letters, emails, and professional correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection of client and firm records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in a CA firm preferred).
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Tally or accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
