Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Maintain office inventory, supplies, and facility upkeep.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β π Coordination & Communication
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Act as a bridge between departments, management, and vendors.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Support meeting schedules, follow-ups, and internal task coordination.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Assist CRM, sales, and legal teams with backend support and documentation.

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Maintain physical and digital filing systems (HR, legal, vendor, project).

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Coordinate payroll inputs and enforce internal HR policies.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Promote a positive, respectful, and disciplined workplace culture.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in Business Administration or any relevant field.

Experience:
3β5 years in office administration (real estate/construction preferred).
