About the Role:

As an Admin Executive at Solar Shakti, you’ll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. From coordinating with vendors to supporting management, your day will be all about making things work efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, logistics, and staff coordination
• Handle vendor relationships, office supplies, and inventory management
• Schedule meetings, manage internal calendars, and assist senior management with daily operational requirements
• Maintain filing systems (physical + digital) for seamless access and compliance
• Assist in event planning, internal coordination, and HR documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in admin, operations, or facility roles
• Strong command over MS Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English & Hindi

Bonus: Experience in solar, construction, or infra-based companies
