  • Graduation or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Freshers can apply but prior 0-2 years of experience in Admin role will also be welcomed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Stationary Material and Stock management.
  • Handle logistics and accommodations
  • Monthly invoice submission handling
  • Checking cleaning and maintenance of office premises and arrangement of company's accommodation.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle employee inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities to promote employee engagement.
