Role Description


We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Administrative Executive to provide executive-level administrative support while actively contributing to business development initiatives. The role requires excellent coordination skills, discretion, and a strong ability to identify, develop, and manage business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


Personal Assistant / Executive Support

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting agendas
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Business Development Responsibilities

  • Being proactive & taking initiative in Identifying new business opportunities, leads and potential clients
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and quotations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Follow up with prospects, clients, and partners to close deals
  • Maintain and update CRM, client databases, and sales reports
  • Support partnerships, negotiations, and contract documentation

Coordination & Operations

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action points from meetings
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Organize business events, client meetings, and networking activities


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Development role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Motivated and driven


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and proposal development
