This is a crucial backend role that ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. Key Responsibilities1. Driver Coordination Maintain continuous communication with the driver via calls, texts, or other preferred channels. Track daily progress, operational challenges, and updates throughout the shift. 2. Runsheets & Documentation Collect all runsheets, receipts, and relevant documents from the driver (shift ending around 2–3 PM IST).
