Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder & Managing Partner – JD (8–10 Years) Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum), diploma/certification in secretarial/administrative/management studies preferred. Experience: 8–10 years in executive support, administration or secretarial role Key Responsibilities Executive & Document Management Manage all correspondence, files, notes, drafts and documentation for the Managing Partner. Take dictations, prepare minutes, briefs and first-draft communications. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Maintain updated contact databases, confidential information and digital/physical records. Communication & Email Handling Monitor, prioritize and respond to emails and calls across assigned IDs. Draft professional responses and maintain follow-up trackers. Coordinate communication with clients, vendors and internal teams. Client & External Coordination Conduct basic research on clients/prospects and prepare briefing notes. Coordinate with clients, third-party vendors and external partners for meetings and documentation. Support relationship building and follow-ups.
