Principal Associate

As a Principal Associate Corporate with 6+ years of PQE, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements. - Providing day-to-day legal advice to domestic and international clients across sectors. - Advising on legal aspects of business operations, structuring, and commercial transactions. You will also be responsible for: - Advising clients on compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws. - Liaising with regulatory bodies such as ROC, RBI, MCA, etc. In addition, your role will include: - Conducting legal due diligence and preparing DD reports. - Drafting and negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, JV agreements. - Advising on transaction structuring and deal execution. Personal Skills required for this role include: - Being a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver client-centric, business-oriented legal solutions. - Self-driven and capable of managing high-pressure situations and multiple complex matters simultaneously. - Effective communicator with excellent articulation, presentation, and interpersonal skills suited for senior client engagement. - Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and promoting knowledge-sharing and compliance with ethical standards. - Serving as the primary client contact, handling relationship management and business development activities while leading teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.,
