About the Jobs

Position: Senior Associate – Corporate Law (Transaction Advisory / Non - Dispute)

PQE: 4+ yrs

Location: New Delhi


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advisory & Commercial Contracts:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
  • Providing day-to-day legal advice to domestic and international clients across sectors
  • Advising on legal aspects of business operations, structuring, and commercial transactions
  • Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Advising clients on compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies such as ROC, RBI, MCA, etc.
  • M&A, Joint Ventures & Investments:

  • Conducting legal due diligence and preparing DD reports
  • Drafting and negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, JV agreements
  • Advising on transaction structuring and deal execution

Personal Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver client-centric, business-oriented legal solutions.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing high-pressure situations and multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator with excellent articulation, presentation and interpersonal skills suited for senior client engagement.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring and promoting knowledge-sharing and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Serve as primary client contact, handling relationship management and business development activities while leading teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
