Note: We are looking for immediate joiners only Admin Manager – Job Profile We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin Manager who can efficiently manage and oversee the entire administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office functioning. Key Responsibilities: · Manage overall administrative activities of the office. · Supervise housekeeping, pantry services, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across premises. · Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies and equipment. · Monitor facility management, including office security, utilities, and infrastructure. · Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative support services. · Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. · Maintain inventory records, AMC agreements, and service logs. · Provide support in organizing meetings, internal events, and company functions.
