The services provided by our company are Clearing, Forwarding, Shipping, Packaging, Warehousing, Courier Services and Transport. The Company’s head office is located at Andheri East Mumbai and our branches at Pune, Delhi (NCR), Moradabad, Nhava Sheva, Mundra. We understand the importance urgency, & seriousness of all shipment & the entire thing taking into account we have opened office at NHAVA SHEVA PORT.

Designation: Admin Manager

Location:- Andheri (East) Mumbai - 400072

Qualifucation:- Graduate/ Postgraduate

Salary Range:- 5 LPA - 6 LPA

Work Experience: - 3 YR - 7 YR

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: - Lead and manage all admistravtaitive staff including Front desk, housekeeping, Travel facility, field. Monitor office boy's duties, schedules, and duty rosters.
  • Asset Management: - Maintain and manage internal and external assets across all locations, ensuring proper records, tracking, and control.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:- Prepare and manage budgets for admin, facilities, and assets. Monitor expenses and find ways to reduce costs
  • Vendor Management:- Manage vendors and ensure good service quality and performance. Improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Statutory Compliance Management: - Ensure administrative compliance with Shops & Establishments, fire safety norms, and other statutory requirements. Monitor and maintain ISO/FAIM documents and compliance records. Manage administration related statutory compliance and regular safety checks across locations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in facility management software and administrative tools.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Budget management and cost optimization capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of execution.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in a challenging environment and solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in introducing new ideas to improve administration and facility activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
