Job Responsibilities: · Oversee the daily movement of temperature-controlled shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and protocols. · Manage end-to-end operations, including transportation, warehousing, documentation, and customs clearance. · Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. · Coordinate effectively with customers, airlines, transporters, and freight forwarders for smooth execution of shipments. · Work closely with internal documentation and operations teams to ensure proper filing and regulatory compliance. · Drive sales and contribute to new customer acquisition initiatives across the South region. · Maintain strong communication and relationship management with key stakeholders. Key Requirements: · Proven experience in logistics and freight forwarding Air & Sea, with additional exposure to temperature-controlled logistics. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · In-depth knowledge of shipment coordination and compliance procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
