Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in office administration, facility management, and employee coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Maintenance & Coordination:
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with facility service providers for housekeeping, security, and repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office premises.
  • Access Control & Security Systems:
  • Manage and monitor access control systems for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and coordinate with vendors for support.
  • Visitor & Vendor Management:
  • Handle visitor entry, registration, and hospitality.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Employee Onboarding & Exit Formalities:
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees (ID cards, seating, access, etc.).
  • Coordinate exit formalities including asset return and access deactivation.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and communication for events.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA
  • 5–6 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with access control and CCTV systems is a must.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Strong problem-solving and vendor negotiation skills.
