Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Executive
Department: Administration
Location: Forward Life Pvt Ltd, Ameerpet
Reporting To: Admin/HR

Role Overview

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, facility management, and administrative coordination. This role ensures smooth workplace functioning, compliance with organizational standards, and efficient support to all departments across the company.

Key Responsibilities

A. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day office administration and facility management activities.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance of office premises.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain records for purchases, stock registers, and asset tracking.
  • Supervise CCTV systems, biometric attendance, and access control.
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding — workstation setup, ID cards, and asset issuance.
  • Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for office equipment (printers, systems, air conditioners, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
  • Maintain administrative documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and facility arrangements as required.

B. Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with and support other divisions/departments as required for administrative coordination and execution of company-wide initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective vendor and time management skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.
  • Must be open to cross-functional responsibilities when support is needed by other departments.
  • Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment agreement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
