Job Description

Looking for a candidate having experience of 3 to 5 years in Administration and office management.
Should have exposure to:
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the law firm. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and external vendors regarding administrative matters.
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Oversee petty cash and expense reimbursements.
  • Implement and maintain an efficient filing, document management system, and ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality requirements for document handling.
  • HR Onboarding employees, Exit management and manage office celebrations and events.
  • Should be strong on oral and written communication and can collaborate and work across teams.
