We are looking for a driven and dynamic Admin cum Front Desk to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Overview: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors. This role involves a range of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the front desk and overall facility. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Front Desk Management:
oGreet and assist visitors, patients, and passengers with a professional and courteous approach.
oManage and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
oMonitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
2.Administrative Support:
oHandle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
oCoordinate appointments, scheduling, and meeting rooms.
oMaintain and update patient or passenger records and other administrative documents.
3.Customer Service:
oAddress and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests from visitors, patients, or passengers.
oProvide accurate information about the facility's services.
oAssist with any special accommodations or needs.
4.Operational Coordination:
oCollaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
oAssist with the onboarding and orientation of new staff members or patients.
oEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations specific to the aviation or healthcare environment.
5.Security and Confidentiality:
oMonitor and manage access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
oHandle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
oReport any security concerns or incidents promptly.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist in the aviation or hospital industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
oProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with industry-specific software.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
oStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
oProfessional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
