Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Executive with 2–5 years of experience to handle administrative and coordination activities at the warehouse. The candidate will support warehouse operations by managing documentation, records, vendor coordination, and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative activities at the warehouse
Maintain inward/outward registers and warehouse documentation
Prepare and maintain MIS reports (attendance, stock support, expenses)
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and service providers
Manage attendance, leave records, and helper/labour data
Handle gate entry, courier, dispatch, and material movement records
Support inventory team with documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety norms
Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping at warehouse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,241.14 - ₹50,648.17 per month
