We are looking for lawyers who have focused experience on Corporate Commercial Practice and M&A Capable of handling transactions with minimal supervision This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate/ Senior associate at our Chennai office The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation, advice, and services to clients, participating in team meetings and case discussions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings
