Corporate/M&A/PE | Associate/Senior Associate

As an Associate/ Senior Associate at our Chennai office, you will be expected to have 4-5 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1/2 law firm(s), particularly focused on Corporate Commercial Practice and M&A. You should be capable of handling transactions with minimal supervision. Your key responsibilities will include providing legal representation, advice, and services to clients, participating in team meetings and case discussions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.
