As an Admin cum HR Executive, your role will involve handling various responsibilities including: - Handling end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintaining employee records and ensuring proper documentation is in place. - Supporting employee engagement activities and effectively resolving grievances. - Overseeing office administration, facility management, and coordinating with vendors. - Managing office supplies, housekeeping, and day-to-day administrative requirements. - Making travel arrangements, maintaining attendance records, and preparing related reports. - Ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with company policies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration, particularly in recruitment and admin processes. - Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. - Good understanding of administrative processes and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders. - Fluency in the local language, Odia (Odiya). If you meet the eligibility criteria and have the proactive, organized, and multitasking abilities required for this role, the company looks forward to having you join their team in Odisha (Bhubaneswar) with a salary range of 20,000 - 30,000 per month.
