With 1-2 years of experience, you will utilize your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities to oversee office operations, assist in recruitment processes, and maintain employee records effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating office schedules, job postings, interviews, and onboarding procedures. You will also be responsible for updating employee records, organizing employee engagement activities, and facilitating smooth communication across departments. Proficiency in MS Office tools, along with basic knowledge of HR software, will be essential for this role. The workdays are from Monday to Friday, with timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
