Job Description

Job Title:

Admin cum HR Executive

Location:

Odisha (Bhubaneswar)

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration or any relevant field

Experience:

2–3 years in HR & Administration (Recruitment + Admin processes)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

Administration

Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and day-to-day administrative needs.
Handle travel arrangements, attendance records, and related reporting.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, compliance).
Good understanding of administrative processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must know the local language – Odia (Odiya).

Eligibility

Graduate / PG in HR / Business Administration or related stream.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Admin & HR profile.
Should be proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
