Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and interactive sessions covering core and advanced SCM concepts, tools, and frameworks. 
• Develop course materials including syllabi, session plans, case studies, simulations, exercises, and assessments. 
• Mentor and guide students on projects, applied analytics, live case studies, and capstone assignments. 
• Facilitate practical learning through simulations, analytics labs, workshops, and field-based projects. 
• Integrate emerging trends in supply chain, such as AI, IoT, blockchain, digital transformation, lean systems, and predictive analytics. 
• Evaluate and grade assignments, presentations, and examinations fairly and in a timely manner. 
• Collaborate with industry partners for guest sessions, internships, and applied projects. 

Job Specification (JS)

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related fields (MBA preferred). 
• PhD in SCM, Operations, or related discipline is desirable. 

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of academic and/or industry experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related domains. 
• Practical experience in process optimization, procurement, inventory and warehouse management, logistics, strategic planning, and performance analytics. 
• Prior experience teaching management students or professionals is highly preferred. 

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong conceptual understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, operations strategy, and business integration. 
• Expertise in quantitative and analytical tools for decision-making, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar. 
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks, including Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management. 
• Ability to design and facilitate simulations, workshops, and industry-oriented projects. 
• Familiarity with digital supply chain tools, ERP systems, predictive analytics, and AI applications. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
