About The Role

We’re looking for a

detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ad Operations Executive (Fresher)

to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in

performance marketing

, have good hands-on experience in

Excel/MIS reporting

, and a basic understanding of

integration and tracking platforms

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns (mainly mobile/affiliate)
Manage daily performance reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
Help with campaign tracking setup, postback testing, and basic integration with platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch)
Coordinate with internal teams (Affiliate, Sales, Tech) for smooth campaign execution
Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and reporting issues
Maintain campaign documentation and support operations team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in Ad Operations / Digital Marketing / MIS
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Good communication and coordination skills
Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, Impressions, Clicks)
Knowledge of tracking tools like Appsflyer, Branch, or Google Analytics is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, or any relevant field
