Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Executive to manage and optimize e-commerce marketplaces advertising campaigns. The role involves end-to-end execution of sponsored ad formats, budget control, keyword and targeting optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure maximum ROI across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns across marketplaces
  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other platform-specific ad formats
  • Allocate budgets effectively and ensure daily pacing across campaigns and channels
  • Perform keyword research and manage keyword, product, category, and competitor ASIN/SKU targeting
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and overall performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including Impressions, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS
  • Ensure pricing, offers, and inventory levels are aligned with advertising activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creation, testing, and optimization of ad creatives
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, keywords, and creatives to improve campaign efficiency
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Maintain strict control over monthly and campaign-level budgets

Required Key Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace advertising ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with Sponsored Ads formats (Products, Brands, Display)
  • Proficiency in keyword research, search term analysis, and targeting optimization
  • Strong knowledge of advertising performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS)
  • Ability to optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting for maximum ROI
  • Experience in managing multi-channel and multi-campaign ad accounts
  • Basic understanding of ad creatives, copy best practices, and A/B testing
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple SKUs and campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification-

  • Freshers or candidates with

    up to 1 year of experience

    in the same field may apply
  • Candidates with

    relevant internship experience

    in e-commerce advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing are encouraged to apply
  • BBA graduates

    are eligible to apply
  • MBA candidates

    with specialization in

    Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing

    may apply
