Ad Operations Executive

In this role at Audience Group, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager (DFP) to ensure effective delivery and performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and setting up campaigns in Google Ad Manager (DFP) - Working with key value targeting, creative management, and third-party tag setups - Inserting macros and verifying tracking for accurate measurement - Maintaining reports using Excel and tracking daily performance metrics - Supporting troubleshooting requests, identifying delivery issues, and working on fixes - Assisting in optimizing pricing rules and improving yield performance - Coordinating with internal teams for campaign alignment and delivery updates To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with Google Ad Manager (DFP) - Good understanding of digital advertising concepts and ad trafficking workflows - Practical experience with key values targeting and multiple creative upload formats - Familiarity with third-party tracking tags and macro placements - Strong Excel knowledge, including data analysis and presentation skills - Basic exposure to troubleshooting campaign delivery, ad discrepancy checks, and pricing rule adjustments - Good communication skills and a willingness to learn continuously Nice to have skills include experience in Audio, Video, or Programmatic platforms and an understanding of monetization or yield management concepts.
