ROLE OVERVIEW:

Ad Operations Executive

performance / affiliate marketing operations


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign setup and Trafficking:

  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across

    Meta, Snapchat, NewsBreak, Google Ads

    and other traffic sources.
  • Implement correct targeting, bids, budgets, creatives, and tracking parameters (UTMs, click IDs, macros, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and correct formatting of creatives and landing pages.

Tracking, Pixels, Offers & Attribution (Redtrack + GTM + CAPI)

  • Configure and maintain tracking in

    RedTrack

    :
  • Campaigns, landers, flows,

    offer onboarding

    ,

    offer source onboarding

    , and caps.
  • Setting up and testing S2S postbacks and parameters with affiliate networks and traffic sources.
  • Set up and manage

    pixels, tags and events

    via

    Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    for multiple funnels and offers.
  • Work with

    GA/GA4

    to validate events, conversions and user journeys.
  • Assist in implementing and validating

    CAPI / server-side tracking

    (e.g. Meta CAPI via GTM / RedTrack).
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues (missing conversions, mismatched data, broken links, redirect issues, postback errors, etc.).

Performance Montoring and Optimisation Support:

  • Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks, conversions, EPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, CVR etc.) across platforms and trackers.
  • Identify under-performing campaigns, placements, creatives, and share recommendations with media buyers.
  • Assist in running basic optimizations: pausing poor placements/creatives, adjusting budgets, updating negative lists, etc.

QA and compliance:

  • Conduct pre-launch QA checks: links, tracking, pixels, page load, device compatibility, and funnel flow.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and vertical-specific guidelines (e.g. insurance, sweeps, lead-gen).
  • Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity and reduce discrepancies between platforms and tracking tools.

Stakeholder and Vendor Co-ordination:

  • Work closely with media buyers, designers, developers, and affiliate managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with networks, traffic sources, and tracking/tool support (e.g. RedTrack, ad platforms) to resolve issues.
  • Clearly document and communicate issues, resolutions, and process updates to the team.

Process Improvement and Documentation:

  • Identify gaps in current workflows and suggest improvements to make ops more scalable and error-free.
  • Maintain

    SOPs and checklists

    for campaign setup, QA, tracking implementation, offer onboarding, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on new features, platform updates, and best practices across ad platforms and affiliate tools.


KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Advertising Platorm:

one or two

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Snapchat Ads Manager
  • NewsBreak Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Other display / native / affiliate traffic sources (nice to have)

Tracking and Analytics:

  • Basic understanding or working knowledge of

    RedTrack

    or similar tracking tools (Voluum, Binom, ClickFlare, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    GTM

    (tags, triggers, variables) and

    GA/GA4

    (events, goals, basic reporting).
  • Ability to read campaign and funnel performance data and derive simple, actionable insights.

Technical and operational:

  • Comfortable working with

    UTMs, postbacks, S2S URLs, pixels, events, macros, and parameters

    (or willing to learn fast).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot setup mistakes or data discrepancies.
  • Good

    Excel/Google Sheets

    skills for reporting and basic analysis.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    Ad Operations / Media Operations / Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing

    preferred.
  • Prior exposure to

    tracking tools (preferably RedTrack)

    and at least one major ad platform (Meta / Google / Snap / others) is a plus.
