With a growing franchise network, KUCHE7 builds strong business partnerships through transparency, quality, and trust.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage collections and follow up on payments from our franchise partners. The role is responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and communicating clearly with the franchise network to keep accounts current.LocationFort, CSMT, MumbaiKey Responsibilities

Follow up with franchise partners on pending and upcoming payments.
Maintain and update the outstanding/aging report for all franchise accounts.
Record receipts, reconcile franchise accounts, and coordinate with sales and accounts teams.
Issue timely, polite reminders and communicate proactively with franchise partners regarding dues.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments; document adjustments as needed.
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management.
Support the finance team with monthly closing and reconciliation activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or client coordination.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems; basic accounting knowledge required.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills in English and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping skills.
Professional and courteous approach when dealing with partners and clients.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with franchise-based businesses or retail networks.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow-ups.
Strong coordination and reporting abilities.
