Requirements: Ø Monitor Stock Level and Identify Purchasing Needs. Ø Research Potential Vendors. Ø Track Orders and Ensure Timely Delivery. Ø Update Internal Databases With Order Details (Dates ,Vendors, Quantities , Discounts) Ø Evaluate Offers From Vendors and Negotiate Better Prices. Ø Prepare Cost Analysis. Ø Maintain Updated Records Of Invoices And Contracts. Ø Prepare and Process Requisitions and Purchase Orders for Supplies and Equipment. Ø Determine When Products Are Unusable Or Damaged. Ø Handles Deliveries With Short Order Or Over Loaded Ordered Products Not Received and Damaged Items. Ø Ensuring That Product Inventory Is Always In Compliance With Company Policies. Ø Follow Up With Vendors For Dispatch. Ø Inquiry Put Up On India mart as Per Required. Ø Preparing Purchase Order On the Confirmation Ø Maintaining Invoices on Daily Basis. Ø Coordination with Accounts Team for Payment. Ø Attending Meeting With Vendors For Discussion Regards To New Products Or For Negotiation. Ø Extra-Attending Walking Clients in the Showroom If Designers Not Available. Ø Extra-Preparing Quotation If Some Time Required. Ø Extra-Maintaining Records of Samples and Arranging. Ø On Necessity Factory Visit To Understand The Records of Stock And Coordinating With Store Person Daily On The Delivery Of Material.
