Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations for our E-commerce business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in office management, vendor coordination, team support, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administration
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and service providers
• Maintain inventory records, office supplies, and procurement
• Oversee compliance, documentation, and record keeping
• Support HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, and onboarding
• Assist senior management in scheduling, reporting, and office communication
• Ensure timely communication with warehousing and customer service teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 0 to 3 experience in office administration (E-commerce background is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment
