Accounts Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and control activities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations while providing strategic financial input to management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the accounting department. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports/statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Maintain internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and resolve audit findings. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory bodies as needed. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Support management with insights for strategic decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CMA preferred). Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
